COVID Compliance

Here at The Fig Tree @ 36, we are here to make sure you have an enjoyable, safe and relaxing experience with us. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is now mandatory for you to wear a mask when entering the building. Whilst you’re sat at your table, you do not need to wear a mask. However when walking around the premises, you MUST wear one at all times. If you fail to comply, we have to right to politely ask you to leave. Should you forget a mask we have some for sale here.

Track & Trace. We advice that you download the new NHS COVID-19 app before you dine with us and use our unique location tracker QR code to sign in. This is not mandatory yet, so fear not we do have pen & paper for track & trace purposes. Just to note it is now a requirement that we take everyone’s details.

We ask that on arrival you use our hand sanitiser located outside before you enter the building. Once you are inside one of the team will check your temperature & proceed to show you to your table.

Once seated we ask that you remain seated. If you need to use the bathrooms please make sure you are wearing a mask when walking around the premises. We ask that you do not approach the bar for any reason. This is a staff working area.

Please maintain and respect social distancing at all times.

Team Fig will be cleaning door handles, toilet areas, card machine, trays regularly & all touch points.

New regulations state that we can seat 6 people or 2 households/ bubbles if larger than 6 people (updated from 17th May 2021).
